On this Flashback Friday I must acknowledge the show that started my wonderful modeling and freelance career! Showcasing The Arts took place February 2015 and it changed my entire life!! My attending the show was to show my support for independent artists and meet Tiffany N. Benson , the owner of Arabella Model Image Consulting and Dear Arabella Magazine. I ended up getting way more than what I wanted from the show! I watched many salons battle in the hair show, with Tru Image Hair Studio being dubbed the winners and Hair by Peair coming in a close second. There were so many “funsize models” like myself that I was inspired to start modeling also. This same event I met Tonia Land, owner of Trampalina Fashion Boutique, which I am now a spokesmodel for. The Trampalina Fashion Boutique Runway was an enchanting display of TuTu almost fairy inspired fashions by Indie Designers around the valley. Kudos to Purrversia Riot of Purrvection Productions, former Trampalina runway coordinator, on the charming runway display. The band 24 Thorns serenaded the crowd and the runway was filled with designs by NGD Clothing , Mitch Wayne, Trampalina and many other indie designs. Yvonne Huiskamp-Ung of Dolls From The Attic won the designers competition. I even saw Tiffani Satterelli of Tiffani Talent Models give an inspiring speech about overcoming adversity and abuse! Needless to say this is an amazing event for spectators and Indie Artist to network. I left Showcasing The Arts full of inspiration, courage, confidence, and happiness. I immediately booked I shoot, quit my job and the rest is history!! Showcasing The Arts literally changed my entire life!
